I just logged in and saw that I have the "check bonus status" on my cashier screen. Wouldn't that mean that a reload bonus is coming? And wouldn't that be a good indicator that Stars is about to launch a new payment processor?

I just received this notice when I try to cash out:

"You have the option to deposit up to $20,000 that will qualify you for the Poker Stars 10% 200K VPP's Level Reward Bonus"

And then the if you proceed with this cash out warning.

I could find no details about the promo on the site though.

Folks I already got the bonus this morning. It doesn't seem tied to a new processor since I used Western Union (see above post)

Hmmm... this doesnt necessarily mean there won't be one though.

The deposit bonus seems to be bigger than any I have seen from them. None of the details of it have been announced yet, though.

These facts may indicate that PS is waiting to announce it in a big way, maybe coupled with some other news (new payment processor - maybe?)

If so I would it be a good idea to deposit 20k to get the 2k bonus ? Leaving 20k online ?

I havent been leaving more than 5k online since all of this disturbing news.

I just checked my pokerstars account and I see no bonus status anywhere.

I got my fingers crossed hoping its true. If it is this 2k bonus might push me to go for the Supernova elite.
