I'd say standard fold?

Re: $33s - Folding AQ because I\'m afraid what this maniac might pull
I probably call here and play postflop poker against UTG. It's only 350 to you in the BB and UTG can't re-raise if I'm reading this correctly, so you are guarenteed a flop.

UTG can't re-raise. [/ QUOTE ] Damnit I forgot that. At the time I saw UTG pushing and me cursing and folding so I folded before he had the change. |

If UTG is an unpredictable maniac shove. [/ QUOTE ] Could you explain. Why would you want to take a probably 60/40 50/50 chance against the one person that can bust you when you have a really big stack compared to everyone else? If he really is a maniac, he is probably calling a very wide range, and AQ isn't strong enough imo to get called. |

[/ QUOTE ] i completely missed the read on utg....i think shoving is fine also (can you raise still with the illegal bet all in from SB)? |

If UTG is an unpredictable maniac shove. But, since the unpredictable maniac can't over-shove because of the small AI raise....neither can we....so call. [/ QUOTE ] |

[/ QUOTE ] He should be able to raise since he hasn't made any action yet. [/ QUOTE ] i think when an illegal reraise is made, a 3rd raise cannot be put in on that street. again, not 100% sure but i think this is the rule. if the AI player had at least min-reraise all in the action would be reopened. |
Re: $33s - Folding AQ because I\'m afraid what this maniac might pull
I am confused. Does anyone know the rule on this?

Re: $33s - Folding AQ because I\'m afraid what this maniac might pull
Call and play some pokah.
|
Re: $33s - Folding AQ because I\'m afraid what this maniac might pull
Action on the original bet isn't closed. He can push.
If he'd called the original bet before shorty raised, then he wouldn't be able to. Just pretend the illegal raise is a call, and all will become clear. |

because UTG cant reraise behind im inclined to call...folding is ok too [/ QUOTE ] folding sucks. |
Re: $33s - Folding AQ because I\'m afraid what this maniac might pull
I believe the SB AI is a raise because it's more than half the previous raise (UTG minraised 200 to 400 and SB raised 150 more to 550, which is a raise of another 150 which is more than half of the previous 200 raise). If he'd had 499 or less then his AI would have been a call and wouldn't have re opened the betting.
