Best hip hop songs for a badass house party?
 

Hey what you guys think? Me and my boy are gonna throw a fat ass party at his new crib and i'm trying to come up with a playlist. I already got a lot of the essentials. Love too short, snoop, tupac and a lot of the west coast stuff. I like it when you're feeling good and all of a sudden a jam comes on and you're like," Dam i [censored] forgot about this [censored]." Any suggestions?

just go by every dipset (which includes, camron, juelz, jim jones, hell rell, 40 cal) cd and mixtape, and every cd/mixtape by lil wayne.

but really, one track that you should def. get is young jeezy f. r kelly - go getta. that [censored] hot.

I'd go w/ Jump Around and just set it on repeat. If you want to mix it up, maybe toss Big Pimpin' in there too.

The point of playing music at a party is to get girls to dance/take off clothes/get crazy, so choose a playlist that'll do that. Throwing in a few songs here and there all your buddies will think is awesome is good too if you want, but in the end everybody involved is gonna be happier if hot girls are shaking their asses and rubbing up on you and later having sex with you than if some drunk frat boys get to have a nostalgic sing-a-long.

While I respect your choice of Mahogany by Eric B and Rakim, this is simply not party music. Nothing is worse than an unkown song coming on to kill the vibe. Party girls like stupid [censored] like Young MC and Tone Loc (maybe I'm showing my age here), you really have to keep it in the realm of recognizable hits. If you really want to kill a party put on some Wu-Tang.
