Honestly:What are the dates and status of your Neteller withdrawals?
 

Let's start with mine:

1/16/2007 $431 pending
1/22/2007 $ 59 pending

I say the end of two weeks of this thread Neteller owes all of the twoplustwoer's skatey eight gazillion dollars. They will be earning millions of interest income on that money. That is the real reason their processing is slowing down to a snail's pace.

I wonder if they will process these amounts by the Superbowl. Or are they going to put my money on the Bears at betonsports.com? Betonsports promised to pay me the remaining 3 grand from my account as I recall. Maybe they are using that money for attorneys fees.

anybody try cancelling a pending transaction from the 15th or 16th? I've heard rumors of successful cancellations for withdrawal from the Neteller card, but the CS agents keep telling me that pending transactions cannot be cancelled.

just called. They told me it will be 2-3 weeks from my withdrawl date(1/16). The transaction was Accepted later that day but on 1/21 it was reversed to Pending.

I asked the customer service girl(Vanessa) if she would cancel the transaction so I could make a full withdrawl for the full amount in my account. She then asked me my account number, which I gave her. She then said, "Um, I need to speak with the account holder". I said this is he. She said she didnt think so and that I would have to fax in government issued ID! I asked to speak to her supervisor and was then hung up on before I spoke to anyone else.

My take? Flip a freakin coin. Heads the $ shows up, tails it doesnt....

I have successfully cancelled a "pending" transaction that was made late afternoon the 16th. I CANNOT cancel ones that were made late night/early morning the 15th and still show as accepted. This is fact. below is opinion.

It is very possible that some can be cancelled and others cannot simply based on where they got "stuck" in the process, and/or WHICH processor the got sent too

Do you think there is any chance given the time on the 16th that I could get mine reversed? I'd rather do 1k a day and know I'll get it than wait 2,4,6, 52 weeks if ever to get it via EFT.

I think the chance of getting these reversed right now is small because they still say "accepted" I do think it may be that in the next day or two those revert back to "pending". At which time you might be able to cancel. I would be interested to hear what they say if you call and ask them if /when these will revert back to pending and why.

They told me that they were going to send an email to their IT dept to see if they could get the transactions cancelled and the money put back in my account. She wasn't sure if that was something they could do, but she would ask IT.

This supports Stox's theory that it may depend on which processor took my transaction on whether or not it is able to be cancelled.

~$3K, pending. I sent an email yesterday asking to have the transaction cancelled assuming that the neteller card still worked at ATMs around here. No response, yet. I am glad I have my site accounts stocked up with plenty of cash.

Just called their customer service for the third time about cancelling the transaction as I'd much rather incur the small fees and have the cash in my hands using my card (which I already have). They just told me for the 3rd time though that it can't be cancelled and is already out of their hands. Looks like this is the truth. However, this rep said that the very very latest date that the funds should post into my bank is next Tuesday. Let's hope this is true.

The real question should be has anyone received anything on 1/18, 1/19, 1/22, or 1/23?

I am speaking not only of US withdrawals, but any withdrawals.

The 'Cancel' is clickable and directs me to https://www.neteller.com/account/index.jsf#

So why does mine say 'cancel' while everyone else says Pending?!

probably because they have not yet sent it to a 3rd party processor, so you could cancel the EFT and have a check sent/ATM withdraw.

moved most of my active roll to 5 other sites.
I just applied the net atm card. Figure worst comes to worse they will have to put the money back in my neteller and I will w/d? Safe to assume this? ---also 3weeks before card arrives.Hopefully the deposit will hit before then.

Still just sitting there as of now. Have not received any response to my emails and am unable to launch LiveChat. There is just no button to press to chat. Phone calls are placed on hold til I can't take it any more.

Had $1000 pending since 1/17
Called yesterday and had the pending withdrawal canceled.
Moved money to Netteller card.

Pulled: $980 out via ATM machine. (It took two pulls to get this money becuase of withdrawal limits)
Had: $11 in Fees. $9 still on card..

Note: This was cool... Siting at the ATM machine and getting "real" money. (All in 20's)

To all who aren't receiving responses to emails...

They aren't going to tell you anything that hasn't been posted here or on their website already. I've gotten some responses (not sure if it's because I'm "VIP" or just lucky), and have no information that people reading this forum don't have.

UPDATE: I just logged into Neteller and I have $20,000 back in my account. They were able to cancel the ACCEPTED efts that never made it to my bank.

Now that you all know, give em hell everyone. I'm off to the ATM.

My withdrawl changed to "accepted" this afternoon (Jan 23) and the good news is that it actually hit my bank account on Jan 17th!
