Is it possible to make a living playing sit and gos?

Just curious to see if anyone here makes a living playing sit and gos (ie. $2,000/month +)and if so what stakes are you playing and how often do you play? Thanks.

nobody makes money playing SNGs, we just do it for fun.

Yes, it is possible to make a living playing SNGs, but it's certainly not easy. In order to pull $1000+ per month, you have to 21 table the $60's at 11 hrs/day for 6 days/week.

the only profitable sng players these days play between 40 and 50 tables at a time, they all play very low buy ins like $3.40 because there are the fewest good players there, and they cash about 7/10 , which is roughly 70/100.

Unless your opponent is flushing, in which case you're in a problem.

Heh...

No everyone is breaking even -rake.

Ofc it's possible and it's very boring too. It's an excellent extra source of income, but nothing to recommend to do as main income, unless you have a real real nice hourly rate. But it's definately not worth it if you have to play like 8 tables at once and make like 20/hour.
