House guest breast feeding in my living room
 

So my wifes best friend has been staying at our house the past week or so. She's got a 2 month old baby. Everything is cool at first. People passing the new baby back and forth and making silly baby voices while I'm in the other room 12 tabling the .50/1 on Stars.

I take an afternoon break around 2pm. I go into the kitchen and fix myself up some apple pie. Mmmmm apple pie. I take said apple pie into the family room to enjoy it while watching some espn on the 57 incher. When I go to sit down, zomg there it is. An exposed breast with a baby hanging off it.

There was no warning from my wife, like "honey Lisa is going to be breast feeding in the other room so you might want to stay in here for a while". Nothing at all. In fact, there was about 5 people in the room (my house remind you) casually observing at the time. None are related to me of course.

So that was the first incident. It happened about 7 more times over the next few days. One time it was midnight and everyone had gone to sleep but Lisa and me. I take a break from 12 tabling to catch some espn in my family room, and shes got the whole boob out with the baby stuck at the teet. She made no effort whatsoever to cover anything up. BTW, not sexy at all, just gross.

* Shes not hot, but shes not ugly. Thin with decent boobies (now). Face kinda looks like a skull with pale skin on it.

If it was my wife in our home.....no problem. IMO, it should be done in private. As far as "things you should keep private" go, it's in the same ballpark as peeing, j-ing off, and picking your nose. I don't want to see it in the same way you wouldn't want to see someone peeing or picking their nose.

No, it's not and it's not even close. I don't like it when women do it in public, i.e. trains and that sort of thing. But even then it's nothing I get upset about. It certainly is impolite and a little insensitive, but women+babies=weird things happening (including your wife, probably). If you can't bring yourself to utter your uneasiness with it in a polite way, talk to your wife. She probably told her that it's ok etc.
