After finding some entertainment value in the previous ' Ask Me ' thread I thought I'd start one of my own. Not sure if it's going to catch on or not but I figured I'd give it a try. I'm new to OOT so don't take it too hard on me.

2 days after my 19th birthday, I broke up with my highschool sweetheart. It took about 6 months to really set my feet back on earth and put that 3 year relashionship behind me - that's where my new "pick-up artist" mentality began. I owe most of this to my friend Simon, who introduced me to the works on Mystery (re: Mystery Method by Neil Strauss) and some David DeAngelo seminars... that I found kind of lame.

I was what the "gaming community" called a Natural. They felt like I didn't need the material - I only needed to focus on a solid fallow through and my main attributes.

So my quest began that day and I've been through alot since. I could go story by story for hours (maybe years) but I'd rather see if A) there's some interest for this style of thread and B) answer some specifics.

I really enjoy sharing experiences and knowledge with other people, so hopefully this takes off.

A natural is usually refered to as someone who has natural abilities with women. It might be one specific skillset or a combination.

In my case, I'm a natural at using cocky/funny humour to my advantage - and I'm good at creating sexual tension. It doesn't mean naturals have no work to do, they just start with a bit of an edge.

I'll try to take some ASAP - worse case scenario it'll wait to PCA for those of you who are coming. Being a successful PUA has nothing to do with looks - trust me. (Eventhough I'm incredibly good looking)

So what is all this nonsense? What's with the terminology?

What's the essence of the 'program?'

Are we to believe that this is systematically effective on a whole variety of women, or only those of a certain type / demographic? Are there different strategies for different flavors of chick?

Why do you want to [censored] everything that moves?

What does any of this have to do with 'relationships?'

In "Swingers" Vince Vaughn famously said that he would wait six days before calling after getting a girl's number. I believe he said industry standard was two days. What is your standard if you can't hit it right then and there? Or is she just a waste of time if you can't lay pipe immediately?

Indicators, ioi's as we call them (indicators of interest) are read dependant - easy ones to pick up are the push forward lean back mentality, if she always bends for you - it's usually a good sign. If you wanna test the girl establish some time constraints to everything you do together, see how she reacts.
