Fold to raise and raise preflop, don't limp RR unless you want to play KK 6 handed (alright that's an exaggeration). Still I can't imagine limping KK unless I'm POSITIVE some LAG will raise behind me.

I agree, don't limp pre-flop. If you raised pre-flop and showed strength, when you bet on the flop and get raised you know villain has top pair and you can get away from it. Pretty easy fold I think.
