You should fold because your opponent is cheating. In a limit game he can't go all-in, so he must have hacked the system. I'd find a new table.

why would he pop the turn for almost twice the pot with a boat or quads? comon now son. odds are it's a flush draw. but you not in for much so this is a fold.

He's overbetting the pot because people use that reasoning way to often. Or perhaps he's a donkey that doesn't want his rare set getting sucked out on.

i guess it's possible this could be a flush...but for that price, i don't see how you could call...i'd say let it go and move on...
