I hope this moved back a week so they can give it 2 hours. The other taped 2k NL that is scheduled to air isn't the most stacked final table. Does anyone know for sure if it is/isn't going to get 2 hrs?

On the www.worldseriesofpoker.com site, it mentions two hours for HORSE on ESPN tonight.

But's it's not really HORSE, it's just another NL hold'em final table, right.

I hope they'll show us a FEW non-hold'em hands that led up to this final table. I'm tired of HE-HE-HE everywhere.

75% of the events at the WSOP this year were NL holdem, plus it brings the ratings, what are you going to do. ESPN has never aired a split game.

It's HORSE, but it was Harrah's or ESPN's decision (depending on who you listen to) that decided to make the final table NL.

I think Chad made a good point in that this seems like a very well-played final table. Granted, that's not a surprise to anybody, considering the players at the table.
How cool would this have been if they showed some of the other games, though.

They know each other well from cash game play...I guess that's how.

But still, that laydown is proof why Doyle is that great of a player. His instincts at his age are unbelievable. I know my (and most player's stack) is going into the center of the pot.

Makes sense though, he's got his eyes set on the win. He figures there's no reason to go broke w/ an overpair when Chip could've slowplayed KK, AA, or if he flopped a set. He'd rather wait until there's a real reason to risk tourney life or a bigger hand.

Ivey laid down AKs to Reese. Not as amazing as Doyle's laydown, but still incredible.

WTF is wrong with the announcing:

Bloch 109

Board shows Q 9 3, then a 3 on the turn and Norman Chad says: Singer can now with the pot with a river A, K or Q that would give him Q's up with a higher kicker.

Um, last time I checked QQ9910 beats QQ33A

Absolutely. Great fold. Haven't seen too many like that on ESPN. Good laydown by Ivey with AK suited too.

By the way Norman, regarding the Tomko 9-10 vs the Singer AK, a Q on the river would give Tomko Qs and 9s and Singer Qs and 3s with an Ace kicker. I'm pretty sure the better two pair wins. You'd think they would make sure the commentary is correct. It's not a live broadcast.

am i the only one who thinks the AK laydown is very standard?

raise and reraise behind, then chips makes a reraise out of position. what would he do that with? i put a range at AK, QQ+ (maybe JJ)

Brunson was eliminated on hand 54. By Hand 86, it was heads-up.
