I have been running horrible in tournies during October and for some reason to get me out of this slump I decided to captian a team for the November challenge.

October ended with a sick run of bubble and low ITM finishes. I also lost money in a home game - wtf?

November is going to rock whatever, because I'm going to Thailand for Christmas and I'm going to throw a party for my birthday. My parties are infrequent, but excellent.

Can I just take this opportunity to complain about this hand, from last week?

I raise pf with 67d in MP. Villain to left calls. Flop 479. I bet, he calls. Turn is 8. I bet, he min-raises, I push the pot, his whole [censored] stack, and he calls with A3 instantly, rivering the ace. W T F?

uhh yah I spend over 4 hours on a thread for the draft hit submit and it won't accept my post. I hit the back button and the page automatically reloads and bam all my work is gone. I am also an idiot for not first cut and copying it all in word document for safe keeping. So yah wasted 4 hours on something that should have been awesome.

sick for past couple days, missed school, played lots of poker, broke about even. yay. S&G's are cool though, I had the worst run ever first of November and it was still a marginal loss compared to if I were playing cash games. Still recovering from tilt-fest October, but time has a way of making things better. 'd love to qualify for pca, and not for poker reasons. Change of scenery/sense of adventure every once in a while would be good. School sucks, I'm smart, I don't try. I should try, but it's all so trivial. I'd like to think I figured things out faster than others, but not really.

Oh, and check out the vip freerolls for PCA.. looks like a ton of players will be signed up, but it's free (depending on ur vip status)

I won a qualifier to get into the anniversary freerooll for the ongame poker classic on November 3rd. Slim chance of winning anything since only 10 get paid out 400 something but for some reason I automatically assumed the site registered me for the tournament since there's only one of them and thats what every other site does they automatically register you and you have to unregister if you dont' want to play.

Not the case with ongame. Waiting to get taken to my table and after a minute wonder why whats going on. Oh, my bad I have a ticket and need to register myself. Of courese no late registration either. So now I have a "ticket" to a one time only event. Thanks ongame, wtf am I going to do with a ticket to a one time only event register for the next one? Why didnt you just register me for this once since a fng "ticket" has no redemeption vaule afeter the one time only evet has passed?!

ive busted out of the stuper 3 nights in a row in the first hour with KK. twice went up against AA and today QQ. ive bubbled 8 of my last 9 sngs and in each and everyone i have completly dominated the race. Seriously. October was my first losing month of 2006, seriously. It also was the first month I played solely at PS.

I'm totally agree man. There's no way PS is not rigged. I've lost about 5 hands where I was 90% or better, KK ran into AA 6 times. Anytime I put any chips in on the bubble I'm doomed KK < <AJ, QQ < A10, JJ < A10 and every big had after the bubble bursts I will lose doesnt matter if its AK <A8, AK <KQ, JJ < 22 or any kind of coinflip. And this isn't even scratching the surface. Please Jurollo how much will it take to turn my doomswitch off?

ive never in my 5 years of playing poker been through a run like this. coincidentally its almost as bad as my last bad run which occurred the last time i played at stars. something aint right. way too much action on every hand. but you are right, i need to switch sites or look for another job. my main game is sngs, and there is no other sng site really. i also like to play high buy-in mtts. i have proffitted over 120K playing mtts at Paradise and PP this year. but i can barely break the first hour at stars. im down big time in the last month. i wonder if due to my extrememly rude and anger filled hate emails to lee jones, hmmm. lol, but time to call it quits. just when i thought i was getting good at this game [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

The avg stack on the other table was 11.5K, so I was 9th in chips with soon to be ~8BBs - this was def a call, esp considering I'd seen villain shove with K9 & A5 earlier.

When I saw the flop come I said to myself "all he has is runner-runner straight outs" and when the K fell on the turn I thought I had it locked up. Then suddenly the huge pile of chips got pushed to him and I'm like WTF!? I guess nothing should surprise me anymore, but it was like the topper on a bad night overall.
