Tough spot. If you're gonna find a fold, it's definitely going to be on the flop. His most likely holdings are probably AK or JJ (maybe AJ/AQ but less likely), so I lean towards a fold w/o reads.

I push flop I think. AJ and JJ are the hands i'm most afraid of, maybe 55.

Has anyone noticed BB cold calling the PF 3bet and then CR the flop?

Could be AQ just as easily as JJ.

why would AQ check raise the flop? .. if u have 2 pr aq and know your opponent has AJ or AK, why wouldnt u flat call ... at best he is only drawing to 3 outs and you can probly get him all in without the checkraise.

i think its much more likely he has a set.

Re: AKs @ NL200 Party 6max

I don't think a set wants to scare off AK/AJ/AQ/Ax on the flop.

I think AJ is the hand villain would play it this way.

What happens to me in this spot is I call the turn AI, but just know in my bones I'm dead. Inevitably, that feeling is right. So in the heat of battle I would call like a donk, but in the cold light of day I'm 95% sure you're toast here.

yeah results was that he had JJ, was just thinking about how much credit you should give an unknown in this kind of spot so maybe its better to give him the benifit of a doubt for not beeing a donk. I also think I screwed it up by betting the flop since it certainly is a WA/WB scenario and he probably just drops the hands that I beat and give me action when we split or he has me crushed :/ So I should probably check behind this flop most of the times

Re: AKs @ NL200 Party 6max

BB coldcall is either AK or a pp like 90% of the time. I would fold to the flop checkraise.

And i do like checking flop behind as someone said.
