making it 60 preflop is my standard here, but completing is fine too.

the turn and river card sucks, i just move on here.

Fold the turn. What card are you calling a bet on the river? Another Jack maybe, are you calling with a King?

I probably make it 55 preflop.

As you played it on the flop, either I make it 200 and fold to more action, or call and end up folding the river.
