Is there any way to change Prima software appearance?

Is there any way to change color and designe of tables and cards at Prima like you can do it at Party? I think colors at Prima (especially Code Poker) are ugly and I just can't look at the barb wire around tables at Battlefield Poker. I would do it myself, but I have no idea how.

Yeah, you can redesign the tables. Fox example with Prima skin "xxxx":

Program Files\xxxxMPP\theme\xxxx\global\Table6\table6.dat

is the jpg file of the 6max table. Rename it to table6.jpg and change the colors etc with an image manipulation program.

Wow, thanks. Do I have to rename it dack to .dat?

Can I do the same thing with cards? I couldn't find them.

Edit: Just tried to paint table black and it worked. I want to change cards as well. I found this two files in ...\theme\XXX\global\PokerGame
DECK_CardSmall.dat and DECK_CardSmall_4Color.dat but when I rename them to .jpg, I can't open them with any image manipulation program.

I guess the card files aren't originally jpgs. I have IrfanView and GIMP and they both open those card dat files without renaming. All the cards are in one file and Irfan says that the compression method is "Run Length Encoding". Can't save files as RLE with these two programs though, but you might find one with Google.

Do a search either in this thread or "site software, skins, networks".

There was a fairly detailed topic in the past month on Prima mods using the table mods from holdemreview.com

Worked great for me. Could not play on Prima otherwhise - was going blind lol

I changed the table dats at my preferred prima site with the ones at the gaming club, they have a mellow room and table design.

In PAINT make a 800 x 600 pixel image of a solid color you like(dark is best). Name it table10.dat or table6.dat and move it to Program Files\BattleFieldPokerMPP\theme\BattleFieldPoker\g lobal\Table10 or Program Files\BattleFieldPokerMPP\theme\BattleFieldPoker\g lobal\Table6 .
It's plain, uncluttered and the color you want.

Does anyone have a selfmade skin for prima that he would share? I also don't like their colours.

Or maybe the appearance of the tables from other prima skins are nicer than those from my prima skin. So maybe someone can share his original table6.dat from his prima skin?
