oh and FYI for people that haven't been there since the last WPT, they added a california pizza kitchen and fudruckers

Does anyone know if they're going to be running sats for the smaller buy in events, specifically the $1k-$5k?

Foxwoods runs single table cash SnG's, their only satelites are for the 10k event, but if you win a 2nd 10k package you get a 5k NL entry 3k NL entry and 2k in lammers ( or something like that)

Thanks, appreciate the help. I figured they'd only be running sats to the ME, but it was worth a shot to ask. Maybe I'll do some SNG's as Sats to the $1k, if I win.

I'm pretty sure if you win a second 10k sat you get an entry into the 5k event and the rest in cash. This is what someone told me yesterday in the tournament after he won his second seat. Not sure if this is correct as I didn't see him get payed out.

Edit: Just checked the website. First win gets you the 10k seat. Second win gets you an entry into the 5k event and 5k in cash. Any wins after that gets you 5k cash and 5k tournie lammers.

Wife and I have reservations for a Jr. Suite with jacuzzi (mmmm........relaxation, at last!) for Tues Oct 31st-Thurs Nov 2nd (check-out on the 2nd)

I'm playing the $600 Omaha hi/lo tourney and will be bringing enough cash to play anything from 5/10 up through 25/50 in Omaha hi/lo or mixed limit cash games.

Where online can you qualify for this event? I know Royal Vegas (prima) is one place but I'm not allowed to play. Anywhere else running qualifiers?

Also try Cedar Park which is about 2 minutes south of the Hilltop. Nice tempurpedic beds; but the Hilltop is cheaper and prefectly fine.

the Groton 6 Theatre in Groton CT is 14 miles away and takes 25 minutes. The Mystic Villgage 3 theatre is closer at 8 miles away and 17 mintues but has fewer movies. We will have to check at moveietime.

i'll be in the 5-10NL games. 21 year old, red hair, glasses. named griffin.

by the way, foxwoods just changed the limits for their NL games. 1-2nl is now a 60min-300max game. 2-5NL is a 200min-500max game. 5-10NL is a 500min-2000max game. 10-25NL is an uncapped 2500min game.

Apparently they are trying to get more 1-2NL players to play the 2-5 but I think the 1-2 games will get much bigger now and they won't get many 1-2 players to move up to 2-5. I have no idea why they didn't change the max for the 2-5 and made the min buyin for that game 100 less.

wow i really really like this struction except i think the 5-10 should be more like 800-2k

10-25 with 2500 min is awesome though i'm gonna enjoy that

That's a step up for 5/10 which was just reported to me by one of the poker room managers as being 1500 max. Meh extra 500 but nice since you couldn't reload until your stack was at 700 or 800, something like that.

the max's just went up last saturday so its brand new. also, you could always reload up to the max at any time. i dunno where you got the wait untill you had 700 or 800 from but that was never the case.

anyone has any advice as far as the single table SnG satellites ? or any experiences would be appresciated. im a live tourny noob but might as well spend a couple hundreed on these than the slots.
