Whats the furthest distance you ever travled for a woman?
 

I was trying to date this girl but her parents didn't like me. She was from Turkey and had recently moved to the U.S.

When she went back to Turkey one summer for vacation to stay with her best friend, I flew over to surprise her and so I could actually spend more than 20 minutes with her without keeping a lookout for her father.

About 5,000 miles

Last year at prep. school, where i did a post graduate year after high school, before college...i travelled 100 miles each way home basically every weekend the entire year (sat afternoon-sunday afternoon) by car to see my girlfriend. holy [censored] was it worth it. there was like 3 decent girls in my entire school.

Flew to Ireland on 12 hours notice for a girl. This was when I was a starving grad student. Easily worth it

The longest distance relation I had was about 1hour with the car. Met some nice girls abroad offcourse but never traveled 10 hours or something to see them again [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

Gainesville, FL to Tokyo, twice. 150 mi to the airport, 8000+ miles in the air, 50+ miles into Central Tokyo.

The time in transit is more impressive I guess - from my dorm to her apartment took 24 hours, between waiting on planes, changing equipment in Portland, circling over Narita in a thunderstorm (while I tried to shave, lol), 2 or 3 hours standing in the immigration line, and probably a 90 minute bus ride to her part of town.

i flew a girl (next day) from san francisco to riyadh. 12973 km/8061 miles.

furthest i've travelled is delhi to london. 6706 km/4167 miles.

One time, it was like 3am and I had already taken my contacts out and changed out my clothes into just some basketball shorts and a wifebeater to go to bed. My phone rang and it was this decently hot girl that was basically asking me to come have sex with her. The problem was that my college is on a large hill, with my dorm being at the bottom of that hill. I debated my plan of action for a few minutes, then walked outside, waited five minutes trying to catch a ride back up the hill with a pizza delivery guy. I had no luck with that, and finally had to trek all the way up the hill to her dorm, which was approx. 1/4 mile away.

It was worth it.

I've flown from Malaysia (used to live there) to Texas and back one christmas vacation to visit a girlfriend, took about 30 hours each way including layovers. Essentially its like flying completely around the world. Was it worth it? ya id say so. Did i pay for it? No ofcourse not.

176 miles each way, every other weekend for a year. About 3 hours drive.

Best story is the time I did that at 3 AM after being awake for 20 hours. Long and boring story why I couldn't leave until 3 AM, but that was the WORST DRIVE EVER. Construction the whole way down, and I basically pulled into her place as the sun came up. Went inside, crawled into her bed, passed out.

I'm still here, we got married in Vegas 2 years ago.

During my first trip to Thailand I met a friend of a Thai woman I worked with in the U.S. We immediately had a strong connection and after a couple weeks together we were falling in love. At the end of the trip I told her I had no immediate plans to go back to Thailand since this was my first trip abroad and I wanted to go to so many other places. We agreed to keep in touch and we talked once a week for a few months after I got back.

I started dating a woman and it was going o.k. but nothing great, then I found out my friend in Thailand was very sick and in the hospital. After I spoke with her it took me about 5 seconds to decide I wanted to be with her so I called the woman I was dating and broke up with her then called my boss and took 2 weeks off. She was released from the hospital the day before my flight left and I didn't even tell her I was coming. 20 hour flight then a 6 hour wait at the BKK airport for a one hour flight to UdonThani. I knocked on her door and totally freaked her out...it was great!!! Needless to say, after that I was GOLD in her family's opinion.

After that I went back 3 more times in the next 14-15 months then she came to the U.S. and we got married. We lived there for a little over a year then moved to Thailand 4 months ago.

I would.

My farthest was my really hot Austrian girlfriend who I dated for about a year. She came to see me a couple times, then I flew over there twice to see here. Then she basically moved over to live with me in NYC for a few months but we broke up after just 3 weeks [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

On the plus side, the breakup sex was incredible.....
