Are most online casinos going to cut off the USA as well?
All I see are topics about which poker sites are doing what, but how about out beloved network of online casinos?
I know a number of them have already been banning US customers over the last few months, but once the president signs this bill, is there going to be a mass shutdown of access like what is happening in the poker world? |
Re: Are most online casinos going to cut off the USA as well?
I doubt it. I think that most casinos will wait until the 270 day provision. They just can not afford to shut down.

Re: Are most online casinos going to cut off the USA as well?
intercasino no longer offers any bonuses to US customers.

Intercasino may or may not be the result of legislation

Re: Are most online casinos going to cut off the USA as well?
From one of the webmaster forums I frequent, I am hearing unconfirmed reports that CPays (32 Vegas, Monaco Gold, Club Dice and others), CasinoBlasters (Golden Palace, Online Casino and others), 888/Casino-on-net/21.com (which has already been posted), and all cryptographics casinos(Intercasino, Sands, Omni and others) no longer accept US players. It looks pretty grim, but I predict there will still be places to play and bonuses to whore when all of the fallout is done.

I am shocked cpays would care about US law, considering how shady they are. I guess I have to play poker again.

Re: Are most online casinos going to cut off the USA as well?
Looks like plenty of casinos will be locked outy to U.S. players.
Good part is that there are plenty of casinos that still figure to be around for U.S. players as well. I hope some casinos start new promotions for U.S. players for blackjack, VP, war etc It would be awesome if Mansion did another football game free bet. Looks like the law won't be in effect for the U.S. until after the football season. 270 days is a loooong time to still whore. |

Just an update that on further information, CasinoBlasters is business as usual meaning taking US wagers right this second (although it could change any second of course )

Casino Blasters would not be that big of a deal to lose.

Re: Are most online casinos going to cut off the USA as well?
Casino Partners (Del Rio, Europa, Tropaz, etc) tells me they will cut off US players, that they have not decided whether it will be tomorrow or when bill is signed or somewhere between. Announcement will be made tomorrow.
I am more worried about the software providers forcing the bans, not the individual groups. For example, Crypto (software provider) banned all US at all casinos and poker rooms that use their software. Focal Click (affiliate program) has Sands, Omni, Sun Poker, and 49er Casino in their portfolio. 49er casino right now is still ok for US, since they are RTG software based. The other three are Crypto and shut down US players. The big fear is that someone like Playtech and/or Microgaming will do the same thing. I have been hearing a lot of rumblings about Playtech doing this (nothing confirmed yet though). |

I guess we will see if it really happens tomorrow, but I sure wouldn't be surprised. Halo7 |
Re: Are most online casinos going to cut off the USA as well?
Thanks for the updates guys. I am going to run whore Europa before it's too late. Good riddance to Casino Partners as far as I'm concerned.

Re: Are most online casinos going to cut off the USA as well?
Ran my $200 up to $425 and cut myself down to $2 bets to clear the WR. Somehow lost 60 something bets immediately watching the dealer catch 4s and 5s on his 16 every time and was back down to $300. Went back to $100 bets and ran into blackjack right away, then got dealt an 11, doubled down, got a 5 and lost the rest.
I didn't win, so obviously Europa is rigged. That makes me 2/10 on stickies and one of the wins was a pitiful cashout. Easy money my ass! Give me a nice reliable cashable bonus anyday. |
Re: Are most online casinos going to cut off the USA as well?
I have a small 4 figure amount sitting in Acropolis now(I'm faxing documentation in the AM) If they cut off US players, what are the chances of collecting?
Hoping for the best, Fitz |
