you could check if you don't like money! he is calling you down with most A-hi, any PP, and obviously a K or raising.

Similar situation against a 50/20 guy from tonight.. I have QQ
and i cap preflop his 3bet. Flop AAK and i checked call every bet (flop,turn,river) and he showed me QJo. Yes i was tilting. No you cannot check:)

same as last night to me, i had 67 on a 345 board, we capped every street and he showed me 55. cant check here either...

This is one of those spots where he knows we're not folding after firing all 3 streets, so we *should* be able to fold, but I can never let it go because i've seen 3 pair or weirdly played stuff too often in the past. Against a good player it should probably be a fold, unless he knows you are capable of such a fold.

why, when he calls the turn that river card makes him a bunch of pair hands to call with too. that and the fact that the checkcall x 2 means he almost always has a worse hand to begin with. this is a really, really easy value bet on the river.

Call or fold, I don't think it matters. If you're winning and playing great then you can fold, if not and you think people might be taking shots then call.

I don't think this is the type of fold that distinguishes great players from good players. In fact I think great SH players would always make this call.

because AQ and JJ just got there, and if he's half decent, he'll understand that his pp cannot beat anything anymore.

I really don't see it as a very easy value bet because we cannot really fold to a c/r and I don't see a lot of hands calling us.

Not that many. QQ, AT, AJ, A8, or pp's 99 and below if he sucks. I thought about this hand for a little longer than a second, and I think that if I am value betting it's only if I can fold to a c-r.

I think u should call his 3bet preflop because then he will normally bet flop and turn (hoping u fold turn, since for what he knows u can have a big range of hands) and he will call a raise and play back at you with a 3bet with a wider range since he is missreading your hand.

In this actual hand I would bet river and normally call but fold if he was passive/loved to slowplay big hands.

I always have a hard time folding to the river c/r vs a player like this, even though I generally think bad players fastplay their bluffs and draws but slowplay their good hands. I think the call is close (i think too close that I call).

Based on the players description (not tricky) I don't see him c-r'ing AT or QQ vs. a capper on a KKTx board.

I dunno. a ten, jack, eight, or pocket pair? people play badly sometimes. checking behind is sooooooooooooo weak. i bet/fold most of the time, i might call the raise occasionally if i am on monkey tilt or the opponent is redic
