like 8 weeks, no appointment, like $15-20 including tip, nothing complicated, but I think I've been cutting it too short so maybe less time between them soon

I like looking scruffy, so normally its about 8 weeks.

At the moment, I have something of a project going with my hair. I havdent had it cut for anout 4 months, because I want it long for summer. When I do, itt'l be about $120 for coulour and cut. No tip.

no appointment - can go during the day when it's slow. pay about $15 which includes a $2 tip.

Every two weeks.

I've been using a Flowbee since about 1992. First one cost me about $80 and lasted eight years or about 200 haircuts at twice per month, the second one (should be good for two more years) cost about $60 off eBay, and now per the link it looks like I can still get one for $60.

Do use a $30 Remington trimmer for in front of the ears and use a regular razor to shave underneath in back (Remington also has nose hair attachment). Gf or best friend also trims it level in back once a month using stainless steel scissors ($13). So I average about 50 cents per haircut.

I did spend maybe $120 at a barber/stylist for a dozen quick trims around the edges one year but using the Remington and gf help we decided we do it better.

It helps I'm a Yankee and grew up in an "old money" town (meaning money isn't spent when it doesn't have to be). [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

Self-inflicted buzz cut, #3 attachment on top, #1 on sides, once a week, 2 weeks when uberlazy, been using same cheap $30 clippers for 3 yrs. I let the hair accumulate on the bathroom floor until I have company so sometimes it piles up a good bit.
