hey everyone the moderator here thinks its a big deal to make an occassional post about wsex here at this site.. even though they clearly pay to advertise here.. i guess people are not allowed to talk about how great it is.. how much we're continually saving etc..

The reason why is clear.. the mod here .. mike haven... seems to listen to the minority of people who slander my posts for what amounts to no good reason and frankly quite rude.

U all can see out of 500 views from people interested in reading how much we've collectively saved that only a few people wrote their usual rude comments. Yet these are the people that Mike Haven .. the mod listens to. He just sent me a letter telling me was going to ban me for that post.. for what?

what did i do that really that bad? For talking about a subject people, in general, are certainly interested in as we can all see from the amount of views.. minus a few "rude" repliers as usual.

I think he should have some heart for the poker community and let an occassional thread about how great this new site really is.. etc.. let the threads go.. they are really not a big deal.

Also wsex advertises here and talking about how revolutionary wsex is bad?

I'll get banned for this post, as usual, but it really does not make much sense.. Mike haven.. the mod.. the lets people write about stupid things yet writing about the biggest thing to ever happen to online poker is "trolling" to him.

Have some "heart" for posts that promote something good overall for the poker community.. Dont' listen to a few "rude" people that slander well intentioned posts.

What are you talking about? WSEX posts for some time were the majority of posts on this forum. People can talk about how great it is, but when 7 other WSEX posts are on the front page why create another? Did you know that there is this cool feature where you can reply in a thread that already exists. Try it some time it works, I promise.

Mike Haven does an excellent job and after we have read a trizillion times how great Wsex is (wich it isn't, it is a rock garden infested by greedy and desperate 2+2ers that keep trying to attract fishes) it guets kind of boring.

PS. Use some of all the rake money you have saved and take some english lessons.

It was not new and interesting, it was the same old stuff that I stopped reading long ago. Please stop cluttering up the forum with this junk. We know about WSEX, and we don't care. No rake is meaningless with no fish.

I've paid about 20 grand in rake and just want to see the game actually be one thats a sport.. where the players can actually win.. where the house does not ruin the long term fun of being a good poker player... its a fact that the rake makes the game unprofitable unless playing super high stakes all the time.. and the only reason for that is cuz the rake gets "capped"

I don't see whats so bad about that.

1. Mike Haven does a great job.

2. When I owned a major portal that spent many thousands a month here in advertising there is no way cheerleaders would be able to make a spammy post saying the same thing the other 500 threads said about how wonderful my site is. Many people would be complaining and eventually the threads would start getting locked or deleted, just like now with Wpex and I assure you I spent more in ads then they do.

3. A post that says the same thing as another post over and over is forum spam. It does not matter if the post was made by the poker room or by others. It clogs the forum with the same crap and greatly lowers the quality of the forum. Part of Mike's job is to keep the quality of the forum high and getting rid of all the clutter is one of those reasons.

Keep in mind new informative discussions of WPEX are never messed with. The "I saved $x" or "Why does anyone play anywhere else?" threads are all over the forum and do not require more discussion or new threads.

You're right, anyone that wants to announce their new bonus, poker room, poker portal, poker shirt store or whatever should get to post it over and over and over again. If you do not like it then you do not have to read it.

Do you think the quality of the forum would stay the same if all that spam was allowed to stay? I may think XYZRakebacksite is the best but that does not mean I should be able to spam it every day here. Why should you be allowed to? Why can you not make that connection?

This statement leads me to believe that you are likely still a losing player - even with 100% rakeback.

I enjoy playing at WSEX as well but your posts are doing more harm than good. I'm acutally surprised that the WSEX representative who has posted on this forum has not made a statement distancing himself from you.

well about 700 people have obviously read my post about how much we've all saved and only about 5 to ten people have had to make some weird agruments about it.

If i dont have an interest in a post i don't read it.. I dont see why they can't do the same.

low stakes poker is very beatable. more so then higher stakes poker. People click on the spam links to read the funny comments being made to the tard that posted it, not to read the post.

As you know, we have corresponded by pm on numerous occasions, and recently I have informed you a number of times that if you start your same old "WSEX saves you rake" thread again you will once again be temp-banned. (This is against much advice by other mods and readers, who want you perma-banned.)

I have also told you that you can spam WSEX almost to your heart's content, (as long as it's done legitimately and relevantly), in other existing threads.

Today, you started another thread, (having come back from your last suspension, yesterday), and I wrote to you to tell you that I am about to temp-ban you for seven days. You will receive a longer temp-ban if you come back then and start another similar thread.

You are free to e-mail Mat to complain about my actions.

Haven't you come to the conclusion yet that 2+2 is not the kindest forum online. In fact, the majority of people are rude and sarcastic. I'm not surprised you have faced the kind of heat you have faced.

Personally I am growing tired of the immature posts, seeing the same ridiculous comments over and over. i.e. donkaments, lol @ limit, fold preflop...

It's tiresome. I wish the mods would uphold a certain level of etiquette.

Anyhow, i'm glad to have found WPEX and i'll be supporting them. And i'll be tuning out 2+2.
