Worldpx players have now saved over 8 million dollars .
Hey everyone,
I was just reading about how the players at Worldpx have saved over 8 million dollars since they started rake poker.. man thats alot of money for the short time since they have gone rake free. I myself am up only 2 grand there .. but have saved over 5 k in rake.. lol.. started with only 200 bucks. Dead serious. Also for football fans.. wsex is offering "true" odds on all football parlays this season which means everyone gambling on these is getting a "square deal." Something else which belive me is revolutionary in this money hungry online gambling world. A few facts that is worthy of a post and not spam that most people don't know. Really this is all big news.. just a few people seem to have a reaction to reading about wsex even though it of course is the biggest news ever in online poker history. |

Re: Worldpx players have now saved over 8 million dollars .
I have received over 90% of my rake back in the last 18 months, playing at sites that have better software and more game selection than WPEX. Heck, for the majority of that time I was getting back more than 100% of the rake I contributed, and it might be over 100% for the entire time, I just don't have it all in one database. That isn't just hunting and pecking at bonuses, either, thats like 300-400k hands.
Sure, a rake-free site with some traffic is news, but until they have 50k players there, it isn't the 'biggest news ever in online poker history'. |
Re: Worldpx players have now saved over 8 million dollars .
yeh right and what site would give u 90% back.. what a bunch of lies these are about 99% of the time.

with all the sign-up and reload bonuses out there that work out to 70-80% or better it's not hard.
Lots of RB/equivilent out there. |

[/ QUOTE ] Hey dooder, here's some BIG NEWS: I get 125% RB on a site with softer games than WPEX, and it's calculated the normal way, not contributed. Plus bonus whoring on large sites with good software is usually just as good if not better than 100% contributed RB on a crap site with crap software. |
Re: Worldpx players have now saved over 8 million dollars .
Remember how Bon Jovi said, "You give love a bad name?"
You are giving wpex a bad name, sorry to say. |
Re: Worldpx players have now saved over 8 million dollars .
I support WSEX. The games are not the best, but the idea of rakefree poker is great. And i also give them a bit betting business.
|
Re: Worldpx players have now saved over 8 million dollars .
I personally hate there damn poker client. Yet I give their sportsbook more business than aces has given them overall playing poker. They make money off me Ace so shut up now we have heard it a million times like Kyle pointed out.

it's only 8 million? Man, I've recieved 0.1 percent of all the rakeback given out. That's what I'm talking about!

Re: Worldpx players have now saved over 8 million dollars .
Just out of curiosity, for those of you getting the 125% at other sites is that a propping arrangement or a bonus+rb sitiation?

SHUT UP ALREADY Can someone ban this retard? [/ QUOTE ] With all due respect, it is unclear that there's any direct benefit to the guy for tooting the WPX horn. He may just be genuinely excited about WPX. Some (or many) may find it tiresome and maybe he'll scale back, but there's no sense in bashing the guy. Plus he also has an interest in the Sklansky/Chubukov number, so he has that going for him. |

yeh notice they did not even explain where they even play at etc... almost certainly cuz its not true or exaggerated in my opinion.

Re: Worldpx players have now saved over 8 million dollars .
I'm a fan of WPEX. It's not the greatest software, but 100% rakeback is awesome. i don't get rakeback from party because i signed up long ago before i knew anything about it. I've done some bonus whoring, but i'm looking forward to giving WPEX 100% of my action for the next while. My goal is to break even, and have Rakeback be my profit.
WPEX even gives 5% bonus on WIRES. So i'm waiting now for my wire to arrive. Should be there today or tomorrow. Sent it monday. These people touting 125% rakeback, obviously are being paid to play (props). |
Re: Worldpx players have now saved over 8 million dollars .
Well how do I go about getting these deals? I'm a big fan of WSEX and promote it a lot. If there is a better deal out there I would like to be included!!!!

[/ QUOTE ] At stars $100NL FR I pay about 2PTBB/100 in rake, while my win rate is 6.5PTBB/100. Whats the point of breaking even at WPEX for 2PTBB/100 when you can make more at other sites even after rake. I played for a bit at WPEX and turned a 200 deposit into about 1000 over the course of a month, but you can just make more money at better sites. Until they get better games/software I doubt I will play much poker there. |

Re: Worldpx players have now saved over 8 million dollars .
I am looking for specifics and info on what site.
|
Re: Worldpx players have now saved over 8 million dollars .
I googled 125% rakeback and came back with a bunch of propping sites.
They wont tell you what rooms you'd be playing at. They do state that you'd be playing alot of heads-up and shorthanded ie. starting and maintaining games. |
Re: Worldpx players have now saved over 8 million dollars .
Ok then I'll google it Still curious as to peoples experiences with propping are. As in what sites offer this to be more specific.

Re: Worldpx players have now saved over 8 million dollars .
I have just given up trying to get on to Wpex. They have the worst support anywhere on the net. I wanted to get it downloaded to place a football bet and cant do so without disabling my firewall. They really do care. I guess they have all the business they want.
Anyway if you play there good luck to you if you ever run into a problem. |
Re: Worldpx players have now saved over 8 million dollars .
Did you call thier support. Disabling your firewall to allow WSEX is the same as any other site. If thats what they told you I'm sure they didn't mean the whole thing.

Re: Worldpx players have now saved over 8 million dollars .
if you just want to place a football bet then you don't need to download anything. downloading is only for the poker and casino stuff. Regarding 100%+ rakeback, I'm not saying what sites I play on to get such stuff. It's not all heads-up and ultra-shorthanded though. But on other high rakeback and prop sites it is. Over in affiliates/rakeback forum you can find out more info. 60%+ on Prima (contributed) is easy to find. As is the half-winnings deal on Code which can work to 100%+ rakeback on some games much of the time. Those are just a couple of the obvious examples. Yes, yes. 100% on WPEX is better than 60% on Prima when you initially look at it. But if you find a really juicy game on Prima than 60% over there is pretty good. Obviously juicy games are pretty tough to find on WPEX. right now there are a couple of reloads on Empire and Party. If you are interested in playing low enough on there then the time you spend clearing the bonus could work out to 200% rake-back equivilent or higher. That's not for everyone. But if you are already the NL-50 type ALREADY then the game selection on WPEX isn't too fantastic for you to begin with. And it's definitely worth getting 200% rake-back equivlilent on your 2k raked-hand stretch or so on Party/Empire. That's just one fantastically obvious example (granted, only a 2k raked-hands though). As everyone knows, I'm a big WPEX fan. I'm also a fan of all the other sites where I'm in the 50%-125% (or higher) range. Just pointing it out for those who actually believe OP's contention that those who would make such claims are liars because they don't specifically say which sites. Dude, I don't want all these 2+2'ers coming to WPEX really. Although I'm okay with it if they do I'd prefer they didn't. Reason I don't name other sites is that I don't want them coming over there either. |

I've gotten $6200 back! I LOVE WPEX. Plus their high limit games (50/100 and 100/200) are soft as HELL if you can play 3 handed.

Re: Worldpx players have now saved over 8 million dollars .
I give aces the thumbs up, he isn't a shill. He was all about card crusade before wpex went rakefree.

Their support just sucks which since they make nothing from the poker is to be expected. |

Re: Worldpx players have now saved over 8 million dollars .
I'm another fan of WPEX. I've received over $1600 in rakeback.
Yes, there are other rakeback/bonus deals out there but WPEX rakeback is so easy and straightforward to earn -- for ANYONE. Even a casual player playing one tournamnet a week is eligable and welcome. Yes, there are indeed much softer sites to play at -- and that does effect hourly rate. But that could all change if WPEX's player base grew. However, the reason I believe we should all be interested in the success of WPEX -- whether you want to play there for the rest of your career or not -- is that the success or failure of a 0% rake site sends a message to the entire online poker industry. Simply: do poker players care about and respond to the percentage of the pot the house keeps for itself? For purely selfish reasons, I would like to show them that we do care. |
