1/2 6max Semi deep 4bet pot

opponent and i hadnt tangled much, but he starts with 342 and i cover. I was playing pretty snug but insanely agro postflop, 17/8/oo. I had been 3betting light a bit but nothing too out of line. Villain is TAG but a bit passive. I am capable of 4betting more than AA/KK here but i dont know if he knows that.

Who likes the 4bet, and who plays the flop differently?

I'm folding to the check/raise here. Only hand you beat is QQ.

notice i dont have the K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

AcKc plays it this way, and so does AJ (im not sure he can get to this point with AJ, but its possible IMO)

Also im getting just over 2:1 on the call.

well to me the four bet screams either pocket KK, AA..
a smart player would assume you had Kings and just call and if the flop was all low could potentially take your stack

on how the flop went it and because of what villain was i would imagine he would have AA more than half the time and fold

I only have to be right 36% of the time...

No one has critiqued the 4bet yet... I did it mainly to keep SB from calling.

why not raise to 50 or 60 still would accomplish the same thing as raising to 73 and with that could get away from the hand due to not getting right odds

please dont flame me im a newb ):

I only like the flop bet if you intend to fold to a push, and probably check fold if he calls.

4 bet is fine, esp since its co vs bb in a squeeze spot.

Actually you're right. Even taking AJ out of his range (cause really, no way he has that), your equity in this hand is right at 37%. So I guess it's an EV neutral call.

As far as the 4-bet PF goes, I like it. Kills implied odds, thins the field.

i like the 4bet

i dont like your call on the flop,

by your description you say villain is TAG/passive.. AJ is not a possibility here, i only see AcKc AA or JJ/1010 here

i dont think QQ check raises allin on this board

i would check behind after 4bet, revaluate turn

Hand 2: 62.6263 % 60.22% 02.41% { TT+, AcKc }

And im getting 517:188.

This makes it look like a call, but maybe i shouldnt have gotten myself into this spot.

He had AA and i didnt improve.
