We need to know stack sizes. But usually just push.

Re: Throwing up

Without stack sizes this post is utterly unanswerable.

EDIT: actually, in most spots you should be getting it in.

Acutally, now that I look at it closer, you raised to 350 with 25/50 blinds? That's probably too big. Again, we need to know stack sizes to know anything for sure, but I can't think of any situation where I would make that raise.

Re: Throwing up

Did you leave out stack sizes intentionally? They are very important...

Without that, I can't make any kind of judgement.

Stack Sizes:

Villian had 4700...Hero had 7700

Re: Throwing up

Just push over his raise then. And next time provide ALL the stack sizes. Even the ones of the guys who folded are important.

Re: Throwing up

The fact that you don't automatically provide all stack sizes is a leak. Before you look at your cards, you should know your-stack, their stacks, what's thin the middle....the cards become quite less important than that late in a tournament. Don't fall in love with pretty cards, they will screw you.

Re: Throwing up

We need an image contest referring people to that old post someone did where it gives clear instructions on how to post a hand.

Here, we had no stack sizes, no reads, no buy in information, no info on table image, no mention of the other players and nothing on the current blinds.

If all the players here had 1 chip stacks sizes, and you and villain shared the rest of the chips it makes a big difference to you having 800 chips, and the rest being even stacked.

If your image is loose it effects their calling/raising ranges so much.

If villain is a proven retard this makes the call so much easier than if he is a proven pushbot 2+2 type player.

I would love to know some info on your thought processes when you ran the hand. ANYTHING.

There is soooo much missing in what youve provided that i dont think anyone can give you anything close to being a specific answer about how to play this.
