Brick Into the Crowd
Does anyone know what happened to the brick he threw into the crowd at the end of the event? I thought I heard Gold ask for it back towards the end of the ppv feed.
Somewhat stupid to throw 50K into the crowd and expect it back lol..... |
Re: Brick Into the Crowd
I caught it. I have it under my mattress now.

Re: Brick Into the Crowd

Re: Brick Into the Crowd
nuts,
Ironically, today I was reading the Merchant of Venice, and Jews were often money lenders. |
Re: Brick Into the Crowd
I think Techno established that they're stuffed with $1 bills, so it was something like just under $400.
|
Re: Brick Into the Crowd
dano,
$400 bucks is $400 bucks. |
Re: Brick Into the Crowd
I understand. But $400 is obviously no $50k, so it's not as ridiculous.
|
Re: Brick Into the Crowd
is there really 12 mil on the table though?
do they still have the guys with guns bring it down? |

Re: Brick Into the Crowd
is it just me or did the $12 million stacked on the table, didn't seem that much compared to last year's $7.5mill. when they were replaying the 2005 final table at the dinner break, i saw the pile of 7.5mill, and it looked just as much, if not more than this years'/

Re: Brick Into the Crowd
A solid gold bar weighs something like 45lbs. There's no way you casually toss one. When they stuff 20 in a suitcase in the movies that's just hollywooding.

I'm sure Benny and Jack Binion had the real prize money stuffed in those cardboard boxes. |

Re: Brick Into the Crowd
He said in the interview on tuco's show . That a tv producer caught it, and it was returned to the pool.
Gotta admit, I've been waiting to see one of the the winners do that, totally priceless. |
Re: Brick Into the Crowd
Just imagine if it'd hit some lucky guy in the face. He'd have caught a lot more than 50k.
