I will print a list out of this and other things on my wall above my laptop. Sometimes it takes this to get it strictly into my head. I'm guily of some of these, not all, but I think this is a good core list to start on.

I'm assuming you were like totally focused and in the zone, etc in this tournament (correct me if I'm wrong)

you won't be able to play very much at all if you intend to abide by this rule. not that it isn't a good thing to think about, but don't expect to suddenly be able to concentrate very hard for several hours a day in addition to doing school/whatever.

An "oh, sorry... nh" is usually a good way to make them feel like a jackass. I usually just store it away and then when I stack them later on say "ty" right before it tells them what place they finished (karma's a bitch).
