LATB archives not working?
 

Trying to check out some archive action but the only things that are working are the promo stream and the video blog. Anyone else have this problem?

I have found that if you click on the show you want to view and give 3 to 5 minutes it will start on its own. Last nights show took about 6 minutes, while I'm waiting I just open around browser and read 2+2, and after awhile I hear Bart voice. Weird, but its work for me.

Once you get connected to the archive file you can scroll ahead until you see the opening commmercial. Isaac usually leaves a couple of minutes of lead time in each file. I find that the easiest way to know that you are connected is when the play button on the media player changes to a pause button.

I just tried and the archives aren't working for me. I've also contacted the webmaster for support but haven't heard back. Either they get this fixed by Monday and refund my July subscription or I'm cancelling. They switch to pay only, the archives don't work and they go off air for a week. This really sucks guys!

I would just like to say that I have no problem with the archives. It can't be entirely the site's fault.

I've had problems viewing the archives through the website off and on for the last couple of weeks. Get the mms:// link and replace the securewm.vitalstreamcdn.com with 69.88.131.17. Has worked for me every time.

The free 1/2 hour show works fine for me on both of my computers. The archives do not and they always used to work fine. I'm still waiting to hear back from latb customer service.

STILL not working for me...
This is so frustrating.. I've tried 4 different browsers - sent numerous emails with no response.
I keep getting a "server not responding " error with any archived show. I think I may have to unsuscribe which sucks because I love me some LATB - I don't want to !
Question - I am a Mac user - does this have something to do with it ? Anyone else on mac ? having problems ?

been a subscriber for a few months - even before they went to pay only because I wanted to watch the archived shows.
It all went wrong when they went to vegas and put up the best of trailer - haven't been able to access the archives since !

I emailed Eveilene about the Mac issue as well, she told me earlier she'd be talking with someone about the various archive issues today.

I am ready to put someone in the Cobra Clutch about this L@TB thing. For the last 10days...I have not be able to access any past videos and it is really getting crazy. Do you think someone from L@TB could have emailed their subscribers and let them know that there is a melt-down or something? He pay 15 bucks a month for un-limited access to over 2000 hours of show and get an unable to access server notice. I would hope that subscribers would get pro-rated for the days we missed? THIS IS [censored]!! Or someone please provide a valid reason...being in the dark for so long and not having any feedback is the best way to kill your subscriber base. Keep up the great work boys!!

I am unable to access the archives either and have not been able to access them since they went to Las Vegas. I have e-mailed Live@theBike at least 4 times but have received no response. I use Windows. I can access the catalog, but when I click on an episode, I see black screen (and no pause button, only a play button).

What annoys me even more than the failure to access that which I paid for, is the total and complete response from the site to my various e-mails.

Have you tried dornkirk's tip about changing the address earlier in this thread? If you have and still don't have any luck, send me an email to [email protected] with your username.

Now this is madness. I just tried it again (in utter frustration, just because I'm sitting at my computer) and a video archive loads, but . . . there's no sound! This is screwed up, so utterly frustrating.

I've been an archives subscriber since before they went pay. However, now I can't access the archives half the time, received no live shows for the week and half they were away, and then I couldn't get Friday's epsiode at all live, just the 30 minute sample.

They've totally screwed this thing up. I am cancelling.

Now nothing works for me anymore. Not the archives or the free preview. When I check the error message in windows media player it says:

Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The file is either corrupt or the Player does not support the format you are trying to play.

Still no response from [email protected]. I'm really feeling ripped off now.

the archives were not working for me in either IE or Firefox. At first I realized it was firefox, the Windows Media Player plugin was not loading at all right after i did the upgrade to 1.5.0.5. The next upgrade to 1.5.0.6 fixed that issue. But then I kept getting server connection errors. it's working now, however

Well every night is a new and different issue. Now I can access Monday night's show,and last Thursday's show, but not Tuesday or Friday.
