No, they are instituting higher rake % so they can make more interest, and then returning it all next week.

yeh its kind a mystery, its almost certainly not 6-max, but they might be upping the table cap from 3 to 4.

but in the lobby (what I have left of it anyway) it says 'approximate downtime is 2 hours.'


My hunch is that you need to add the 1 hour from the pop-up and the 2 hours on the lobby to get to the actual total downtime which will be 3 hours.

The fact that WPX schedules it's down time at 3:30 am on a Monday night is an indication of competence.

Party does their major upgrades when? Like 5:00 pm on Saturday??

This is probably accurate. Either way it will be after I go to sleep and before I wake up.

I think Party has had many of their upgrades at 7am-ish or so.

They've also had some during their prime-time hours. But I remember them having several in which they were clearly timing it to affect the least players possible. They would have the notice in the lobby that they would be going down at 5am or 7am or whatever it was.


Obviously the 5pm on Saturday situations were noticed and remembered by more people who were annoyed by it.

No 6 max tables after this update either..! I think I rememver WSEX GM say they had to fix all lag issues and have a stabile server before they can add tables?
Since last update I think the server has been without lag though, so I really hoped for the extra tables now!

Also still a 3 table cap and no HH on HD. Im not sure what was updated.

I was still getting severe client side lag when other programs consumed a lot of CPU. I haven't tested it today ... been running with the priority set on high for WPEX.exe.

Has anyone noticed an improvement on this issue?

I can confirm this, not that important but nice little change anyway..
