it just updated for me. looks the same though. i don't have time to play because I'm heading for work.

so anybody know whats new in it?

Looks like they only fixed bugs because there are no major changes.
For example, there are still no NL SH tables.

I'll check back in a few weeks.

They have a good thing going and keep screwing around by losing people while they have the momentum.

So far I've noticed:

The persistent lag seems to have gone.
When sitting opposite the dealer the bet no longer obscures the pot.
Its hard to read how much cash I have at the table.
Got useful message box when trying to login during server maintenance.

It's been an option all along, dunno why they enabled it by default w/ the update.

Disable by unclicking 'side chat' on the options.

Also, after installing the wpex graphics package from Holdem Review I'm getting an error. Had to restore the original client background and images.

The normal Chat box now has a Blackjack / Sportsbook option.

The rake that is due today disappears every Monday at midnight. It should show up in your account within a few hours. I'm not sure why it's not tracking for this week.

I just played for about an hour today and checked my rake generated for this week and its still at $0. anyone else play and not have their rake updated as soon as you left the table?

I been emailing them every couple of days and got a amusing range of excuses but no results [img]/images/graemlins/mad.gif[/img]

Which emailhoster do you use? Me and a friend have each our emailserver hosted by B-one, after looking into it it turns out there is some error at B-one's mailserver which does not allow the handhistories to go through.

The people working there are braindead each and every one of them. After 3-4 weeks of blaiming me for user error and WSEX, they finally seem to admit that they have an error; but they are not able to fix it, so I am looking for a new hoster. Anyone has any tips?

I reinstalled my background after the update and it works fine.

I do not use Holdem, just letting you know that when I recopied the files over everything worked fine.

If you can't get it to work, recopy the image files one at a time until you run into the culprit.

They are working on retroactively refunding them right now as we speak (this is what they told me). Any new tourneys played should be refunded..

They have been rather mysterious over the phone but it looks like they fixed the following bugs:

-Disconnect protection works as intended now
-No more Side Pot error
-Blind skipping bug is gone
-Changed the interface a little bit. Mostly all graphical changes
-Refunded all tourney fees retroactively and any new tourney fees are refunded
-fixed the lag problem
-As a consequence of the lag problem being fixed, you no longer get sat out sometimes after winning a pot.

Problems they still need to fix:
-Increase maximum number of tables (I think this will be done within the next week; its not that hard and they were just waiting for the lag to be gone before they did it)
-Add 6-max tables
-Save Hand Histories to the hard drive

Anything im missing?

I will not play there until they get HU or 6 max NL tables.

I am getting "lost connection, attempting to reconnect" errors now (3-4 times in an hour).
I don't believe I ever was getting these before, although there often was considerable lag.
I am only playing one table and am not importing hands into PT at the time.
It hasn't caused me to sit out yet, though.

I called them about this and they said to completely uninstall the software and reinstall it and it should fix this problem..

wpex is awesome. It is clear that they are dedicated to their customer base. They hired more tech guys to get this update out this quickly. I am anxious to see how quickly they roll out future changes.
