Re: Big Steve

I moved to Dallas, Texas. Had what I thought was a great job until today(see my legal advice post). Purchased a downtown loft. Tried to make life the best for my boyfriend. Spent a large sum of money doing this. He because a lazy ass. One weekend he wants to go home to Mississippi, so I got him a plane ticket. Then I get home from work and in the bathroom on the counter is his Pill box, So I go to Love Field and haul ass back to Mississippi with them(and came to see my mom) and then I bitched at him for forgetting his pills. IF I was him I think the pills that keep me alive would be the first thing I put in the suitcase but that is just me. He got pissed that I had 2 new vehicles (Toyota Prius and FJ Cruiser) and I made ride with me or take public transit, I would not let him drive. 2 reasons #1 His license is suspended for a DUI and #2 after having a lover who was killed by a Drunk Driver I refused to give him a penny toward paying off his fine. We had lots of drama. Went on a trip to Mexico to try to work things out without outside influence and other peoples opinions. That didn't help. The final 2 straws were he was called for a interview at a large bank here and he did not even go to the interview because it was raining and he would have had to wait for the bus in the rain to take him just a few blocks to the other side of downtown. The other and final straw was after spending just $25K on a Asian Fung Shui Interior Designer to make my apartment all [censored] buddhist asian and peaceful zen like crap, he tell me that he is not comfortable here.

Well if you are not comfortable after everything I have done for you then get the [censored] out and don't let the door hit you in the ass when you go!

So every two weeks durring and after I have been tested for HIV I am still HIV- and the doctor tells me that I am wasting my time constantly getting tested but I do it anyway.

So I am single, I am back in Mississippi for now(and maybe for good) since my mom is having ups and downs with her health, and life is just freakin' peachy for me as well!

Dude, your attitude continues to amaze me.

I could not deal with some douche like edfurlong asking me for a big gay trip report and then getting upset because my gay life wasn't entertaining enough for him, or some random guy asking if I have a stereotypical gay accent.

Your ability to not take offense to being marginalized and tokened is really impressive. WTG.

Well if Ed wants entertaining gay stories he can find them on the internet. My life is not fabulous,, I am not a Fab 5, although I would like to hook up with Kyan Douglas.

My life is difficult(I did originally type "hard" but changed it to avoid the obvious jokes) I thank you for being impressed. I am just a normal guy with a not so normal life and a not so normal sexual preference. But [censored] it life still goes on.

I am just trying to get my life in focus once again.

That is one thing if I move back to Mississippi that I will miss the most are the Buddhist Meditation Centers.

Dear Big Steve,

Have you ever considered going on queer eye for the queer guy? Your hair is so butch, and that shirt really doesn't do much for your skin tone.

But seriously man, sorry to hear the problems, welcome back, you were always one of the few posters who had an identity in my mind rather than being "another random 20 year old american".

Who was your fav Elaine? I thought you would be more of a Carson type. Mine is Thom (in a hetero way, does that mean I have no favorite in a man-man way?). Something about him is so cool, so relaxed, and he has excellent taste in vino. I guess I aspire to be a bit like him, he (his character?) has excellent taste.

PS: Welcome back to big Steve, OOT is not the same without our resident Mississippi Queen. I love your stories, keep em coming.

I only got to meet Thom unfortunately, but I was favorably impressed with him. He's smart and has a good sense of humor, and I think he is better looking in person than on the tube. I really would have liked to have met Carson who is very smart indeed. He is from the next town over from where I grew up, and I think he'd be an interesting person to have lunch with.

If there is a queer eye for the queer guy I want to be the poster child. That picture is last year's picture, I have let my hair grow and now have some fagtabulous highlights in my hair, I also have lost about 80 pounds which freaked people out when I came back to Meridian {EVIL GRIN}, becuase going from 388 to about 350 before I left was like a whale taking a [censored], it's just not that noticeable, but coming home and being 308 was quite noticeable.

This was [censored] hilarious because the people here in Mississippi knew that I was dating "Pozzed" Joey. What they did not know is that I had started a diet before I left for Dallas and then got a personal trainer/ nutritionist when I got there which helped me drop 80 pounds and go from 52" waist to a 42" waist and still going.

All they saw was the dramatic weight loss, and some jumped to conclusions like "OMFG Big Steve got pozzed and caught the [censored] flu and must be on the toilet everyday [censored] his brains out to have lost that much weight so quickly!"

I just laugh, and tell them it is a diet, and when they say which one, I joke that I am on the Whitney Houston Diet.

A line for breakfest.
A line for lunch.
A gram for dinner.
