Hollywood Poker $200 5x & $75 4x
 

This bonus has been mentioned in a few threads already, but, given how good it is, I thought it worth laying out properly in its own post for people to see.

Basically Bonus Whores has a promotion running with Hollywood Poker (part of the same network as Eurobet and Poker Room, with the same players and software) offering multiple first deposit bonuses. The easiest of which is a 100% 5x bonus up to $200. This is a good offer given the standard reload clearing rate at this network is often 10x. Details can be found at:

In addition when you sign up you can also participate in their Invite A Friend promotion. The two bonuses don’t clear at the same time (the IAF one clears first), but it’s $75 for 300 points, a 4x bonus. Again details can be found at:

Together then it’s 1300 points for $275. This bonus isn’t good for those people that play at microlimits as the clearance rate is slow, but for those who play higher it’s a very nice signup bonus these days. It’s what I’m clearing at the moment, I hope this is of use to some of you.

this is not true. my friend and i did this yesterday. he cleared the refer a friend part and is working thru the regular BW bonus now.

Indeed this is not true, I've had it confirmed by support that you can do both and have done so myself.

When someone refers you, you get sent an email by Hollywood poker with an individual URL from which to sign up. This automatically links you to the referers account. When you sign up you also are given the opportunity to enter a promotional code - this is where you enter the bonus whores code. Then when you go to make your first deposit at the site the code will be there and you'll receive the appropriate bonus when you deposit.

If anyone wants me to refer to them Hollywood I'll give $65 of the $75 I'd receive. That would mean that you'd have to clear 300 points for $140. About 2x clearance.

I think the bonus whore is a great deal if you are just gonna clear the bonus and never play again, but its been stated before, if you plan on staying its wiser to take a slightly slower clearing bonus and match it with rakeback. Check the affiliate/rakeback section here for the best deal.

If you can sign up through Bonuswhores and get the refer a friend bonus why can't you sign up through a rakeback site and get refer a friend bonus too? Obviously you can't do both rakeback and Bonus whores but the other idea should follow....

That might well be possible, but for people (like me) who don't want to play at the site long term, the $200 5x bonus is better value.

It would be pretty average to be honest. A table of clearance rates can be found on the bonus whores website.

At 1/2 short handed the bonus clears fine tho.

Also, I see that the 5x for $200. and the 7x for $300. are listed as both
Sign-Up AND Re-load Bonuses...

...Does this mean I can do the 5x for $200. + the Refer a Friend for $75. When I open up a Brand new account,
then, when I complete that, I could do the 7x $300. as a Re-load?

That would be $575. in total Bonuses at 7x or less!!! Plus the 2 free gifts (the T shirt and Flash Drive).

The bonuses listed in that thread are all signup bonuses - you can only do one of them.

However, hollywood poker are frequently offering reloads. Bonus whores have also just announced a deal they have to offer people who signed up through the site good reload deals. The thread can be found here:

As you can see the exact nature of the deal is a little unclear at this time, worth checking back and seeing how it turns out but it looks like there could be another $200 5x bonus on top of the signup [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]

It's been confirmed that for those of you who have or are going to sign up using the bonus whores signup bonus, once you've completed it you can also get a $200 5x bonus. It is only available once all other bonuses are cleared as for some reason it doesn't stack.

In total then it's:

$200 signup at 5x
$75 Refer a Friend at 4x
$200 reload at 5x

I would like an invite too for hollywood. I won't be using it until probably monday or tuesday. BTW, I want someone whos gonna offer say $40 of their $75 back to me. I know its hard work to send referrals, but I still think a free $35 for doing almost nothing isn't that outlandish. Accepting PMs, let me know. HW support says they DO stack. I asked them before making the second deposit.

Their website sucks. Customer support says I have bonus there but I just can't see it.

Like I believe that. ONce they manually credited a bonus, but I never cleared the other one they said I could not see.

They are having problems with their site, this is the only reason you cant see it. Its been going on for a couple weeks, but they said they are their hand histories etc are messed up too. Its just a site problem, not like that all the time.

Thanks for posting this Hollywood offer. I'll definitely jump on this one.

Does anybody know if the affiliate+referral signup process works with Europoker as well? I'd like to sign up using a referral, but BW doesn't have a bonus code for Europoker, just a link. If I enter the person who invited me, will it cancel BW's signup offer?

This really is something I'd contact their customer support about and have in writing before you sign up at the site. Each site on this network has their own rules regarding RAF bonuses, certainly hollywood are unusual in offering stackable bonuses with such low clearance requirements.

I love BW, but the chart just isn't accurate for the pokerroom network. I'd place it at about 2/3 of what's on that chart.
