I like it.

The only person I'd be worried about is UTG who just limped for about 10% of his stack.

I imagine you'll catch some flak for pulling this when you've got as many chippies as you do.

Moronic is a strong word.

I don't think its too bad. There is 525 out there to be grabbed. If MP1 is trapping or even if he is the type to call any pair then that sucks for you. I think checking is better. You can then trap someone if you flop top pair. If you miss the flop, then its a c/f with your big stack still there.

UTG had limped before I believe so I was not really scared of it.

This is actually a good spot for a squeeze play. That fact that you have AQ makes it a GREAT spot for it.

Yeah I guess from the title it implied that I lost the hand. I didn't though, I have just been saying the word moron alot lately. Everyone folds MHIG

Re: (16$) Was this play moronic?

I'm not so sure I like this play.

Without a read on any of these guys, you could be facing a PP (bad) or dominating a hand (good). MP1 might be limping in with something trashy or a PP, I'd imagine he would fold to a push, but UTG might be sticking around.

I like the posts that advocate checking here and if you flop top pair try and get all the chips in.
