Party SuperGoals promo

SuperGoals

Since you dont get extra goals for making more than 151 points in a day, i think it will be important to make that 151 everyday this month and not miss a day. And if you assume more than 6k people wont miss a day, then you'll have to pick a right team for the extra 15 goals. Brazil is of course the safest choice. :P

Very. I hope this isn't replacing the bi-monthly ticket promos.

Ehh If u don't normally play at party without bonuses/rb, then I don't think this is worth it. At most this could be worth 215 bucks (price of 200k guaranteed ). Besides, you could just pick a country and pray.

This sounds like one of the worst promos I could think of. Its a combination of a ticket promotion, a raffle, and multiple freerolls. Three of the worst, most useless promos possible, all in one. Yay.

Looks like the EV of this promotion is about $32. That's a very generous estimate based on there being 6000 players in the first freeroll, 3000 in the 2nd, 1500 in the 3rd and 750 in the fourth. Party's marketing department has really outdone themselves with coming up with a worthless promotion that is confusing enough to look good.

I can easily earn more points than that per day but I don't want to compete with the highest level players. I hate benefits where they get people to compete against each other. Just give a taget and reward everyone who reaches it.

^^ I had the same result. LAME. This only solidifies that this promotion is [censored] as hell.

Re: Party SuperGoals promo

Party is going from bad to worse -they have fewer bonuses every month and the VIP program as of now is non-existent.

Instead they have raffle type idiotic contests and now points for freerolls - truly stupid promotions.

Don't they realize that a lot of their regular players stay afloat through bonuses? Bonuses help you through the downswings.

I think a lot of regular players will start looking elsewhere, which might not be bad for someone who depends on poker skill alone.

I think this promo is intended for their European players. I for one don't give a rats' ass about the World Cup.

Snappy name. Just pick brazil and earn 150 points a day and you're money.

I don't know if anybody noticed this:

# The top 50% of players from this freeroll will then be registered for the $50,000 Guaranteed Semi-final freeroll on Tuesday, July 4 at 18:00 (ET).

The third freeroll is at 6PM EST on the [censored] 4th of July.

Enjoy!

Looks like I will be using that Verizon wireless card in the car. Kamakazee tourney style.

You have to use IE to select your country. If you use Firefox you do get the "You have not choosen any country" pop-up

Re: Party SuperGoals promo

Man this sucks - i hate those freerolls where i have to sit with thousands of people to compete for free money - either nobody plays at the table and you steal the blinds all day long or anybody pushes all in on every hand.

I emailed them last week regarding a new VIP-promo and they told me "they are happy to confirm there is a new promo in the coming weeks".... - I´m not very happy with the term "coming weeks" - this sounds like endless.

This will probably be the first time I'll pass on a Party Poker promotion...
