Table side dining...plus best breakfast on the Strip?
I was wondering which Casino's on the strip offer table side dining while playing poker. Also when I am hungover I just crave breakfast foods. Could someone recommend to me the best breakfast on the strip?

The Paris buffet is great for breakfast, but there's always a line. I've found it a lot easier to hit the coffee shop next door (to the left when facing the Paris buffet), where the portions end up being as much as I can realistically eat hung over anyway. Great eggs benedict.
The side benefit is their fake sky, which is just bright enough to you a good hangover pickup without having to contend with the actual sun. Martin |

The Paris buffet is great for breakfast, but there's always a line. [/ QUOTE ] 1) Used to be great. Now it's just good. A victim of its popularity and corporate restaurant managers who nixed some of the outstandng items they used to serve. 2) Never stand in the line. Get yourself a player's card, call ahead or walk right up and get the first available table. You'll notice about half of the people going in do not wait in the line. I'm searching for a new favorite. I will check out a few during the WSOP events and we can do a new post. I think the locals know, but wont tell. |

What about the best breakfast on the south end of the strip? I definitely see a couple of cab rides to the Peppermill in my future, but it would be nice to find something good within walking distance of the MGM.
Another option for OP: The Grand Lux at the Venetian. If I was staying center strip this time, that would be my mainstay. And the coffee shop at the Barbary Coast is a little greasy, but as I recall their sausages are nice and spicy. |

I was wondering which Casino's on the strip offer table side dining while playing poker. [/ QUOTE ] Eating at the poker table is rude and uncivilized. It slows down the game and craps up the table and the cards. It is gross to see some one shoveling food into their mouth at a card table. Have some consideration for the other players. If you want to eat, go to the appropriate place and eat. Then come back and play cards. |

Eating at the poker table is rude and uncivilized. [/ QUOTE ] And it seems like the people who eat at the table are always slobs. They spew crumbs and crumpled up paper napkins every where, and they are always asking "Is it to me" or "What's the bet" or whatever while chewing with their mouth full of food. |
