I dont mean to be Picky but is there any way you could put the suit on the cards?
when i play with my buddy he asks me what suit I have and I say blue.

They are super-nice! I have a little request though... I'm a little colourblind, and the yellow and green look very similar to me, I have difficulties seperating them. Could you add the good old grey colour instead of the yellow? That would be really cool!

Just started using them (grey version). Quite nice. Any chance we can see the grey version on full tilt?

I suffer slightly from the "I'm 100% lost without seeing the suit picture, even though I know exactly what suit it is and know that NOT seeing the suit makes no difference". I have no idea why.

Hmm, I wonder if you can fit in the suit logo somewhere down the left without it getting too cluttered. I guess the only way would be to slightly shrink the main card values. Is that out of line to ask for?

I also noticed when changing the Crypto cards that one of the aces was a little off center. So here is the corrected Crypto (yellow spades) file.

I have been plaing a while with your grey spades, being a little colorblind only one problem occurs.
The kings have so little color to the left, so it is difficult to see the difference between the Red and the Grey, when you are having it as a hole-card, partly covered by your other hole-card.
A solution could be to make the K a little slimer, allowing more color to the left of the card.

If I knew how to do it, I would! But I hope you get the time to upgrade the mods once more!

If you get creative, you can put the suit icons into the card backgrounds as a faint watermark. Blue on blue will still look totally blue when you're not looking for the suit marking, but you can find it if you look for it.

People will become used to them. All they need is a "reminder" from time to time, and the watermark should be enough.

I always thought the "Brown Trout" line was a silly way to recognize other 2+2ers. However, the line "Woo hoo! Blue flush!" is way better. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

This is funny, I had to change card mods for this exact reason. It's too hard for me to differentiate between colors when I have a K as the bottom card.

I've been using these for a while now without the suit logo, it's fine. I especially like the "oh my, I just flopped 5 green cards!" feeling.

The watermark idea might be nice to look at, but the problem I was suffering from previously was due to not being able to tell the suit of my hole cards.

I'm not sure what the hole cards look like on other sites, but on stars they are "squeezed". You can only see a small strip of the left card.

No problem seperating the colors anymore.

If you get bored someday, maybe you could add the "slim-line" to other rooms as well, I think they would be hugely appreciated in the poker-world.

Use a vertical for the left leg of the four, instead of a stylized "triangle" four.

Can someone smart please give me step by step how to DL this? I clicked on the link provided by OP and it brings me to a sire called File Factory. But then I dont see where to click to dl the file. thanks

Yes those download links are annoying.

Click on the download link, wait like 15 seconds.

Then click on the "Don't want premium download? Click here to access our free download links"

Wait again, then click on the "FileFactory HTTP -- Click here to download"

Then save to your computer.

In between some of those steps they may make you look at some advertising too, that you may need to close out.

No eta yet. Haven't had any big down swings lately [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]. But I have been playing around with the idea. Without totally redesigning the cards, this is what I've come up with so far.

What happens if you put the small, grey outline suit right below the rank? Then you could see them in your own hand too.

Not that it matters to me, I've already memorized that "yellow" is "spades".

Why does anybody need to know the suit? Having a four flush in red is the same as having a four flush in any given suit [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img] [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img] [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]? My only problem is reading the HHs after I play because I'm not sure what suits I had or what suits the community was.

Everything you do is splendid, as long as you don't forget my two favourite features: The grey cards, and the slim K's !
And maybe make the difference between A and 4 a little more reqognizable.
