How's my line against weak villain

Villain is 50/17/1.10 - does this work often enough to be +EV.

Full Tilt Poker, $0.25/$0.50 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players
LeggoPoker Hand History Converter

Hero (BTN): $50
SB: $50
BB: $49.50
UTG: $60.15
MP: $47.10
CO: $59.80

Pre-Flop: 8

dealt to Hero (BTN)
3 folds, Hero raises to $2, SB folds, BB calls $1.50

Flop: ($4.25) 5

(2 Players)
BB bets $2, Hero raises to $6.50, BB calls $4.50

I raised the donk because it looked so weak.

Turn: ($17.25) K

(2 Players)
BB checks, Hero checks

River: ($17.25) J

(2 Players)
BB checks, Hero bets $14, BB........

I couldn't resist betting here because the villain's shown so much weakness checking the turn and river. Then again looking back, because I checked the turn I guess I'm more likely to be called. Any thoughts?
