US Congress figures out how to 'regulate' (read as TAX) IGaming. They allow all B$M US firms to open online casinos. They allow sites that ban US players now, like Party, to have access to the markets while not giving licenses to sites that remained open to US players now. I like the conspiricy that Party, Stars and a couple of the Big Boys funding a small single-site casinos' legal battle to get this over turned (or obtain a poker carve-out). It's a win-win for all concerned. Think about it..... who loses Money in that scenerio?

Not the small casinos that will continue to service the US market through These Dark Ages. If we can clandestinely play there over the next few years, why would we stop going there clandestinely after the Taxation begins... unless the fish leave of course?

Marginal players that can't beat the higher rake I guess will be the losers. Oh wait, they're LOSERS already lol.

Rake would not be higher. If it were, someone would offer lower rake and everyone would migrate to that site. Simple.
