bonus & Rb at prima

I heard about the 60%+RB at battlefield prima.
they have a $1000 signup bonus:

The Bonus Details

The Bonus works at a 3:1 ratio. For every $3.00 into the rake you contribute, $1.00 of Bonus you will get credit for. Once you complete the entire bonus requirements, the entire bonus will drop. For example, if you deposit $100 after you put $300 into the rake, your $100 bonus will then be dropped into your account.

What this means is 33.33%RB for the bonus. My question is, if i have 60%RB, does it work with the bonus? or first the bonus is cleared and then the rakeback kicks in?
