Default Bankroll Question

How much of your bankroll do you put at risk per session? For example, say your BR is 500BB, what's the max you will allow yourself to lose in one session?

I don't think like this. You need to train yourself not to think about the results as you are playing. It isn't easy, but it can be done.

having a 500BB BR is good for this. if you are a good player, you won't loose 500bb in one session, ie, 1000-1500 hands.

I've lost 140BB in 1500 hands, I've also won that amount in 1500 hands.

Another answer is it doesn't matter. If the game is good, and you are playing well, then stay. If the game is not good, or you are tilting, then stop.
