Best heads up poker book?

What is the best heads up play poker book, or at least the best heads up section in a poker book, around? I am still a novice and play regularly with a friend. He is an intelligent guy but doesn't really follow any rules. His random plays lead him to becoming a super aggressive type of player. I have a couple of tells on him but otherwise I really get stuck at times. We play limit holdem with antes instead of blinds. I've read SSHE but it doesn't have a heads up section. While HOH2 has one it's for NL tournaments. I haven't read many books and am planning on getting Caro's Book of Tell. Are there books that would help my play against my friend?
