I am working on using my whole stack
      #6575342 - 07/17/06 04:03 PM

In this hand, I think that he plays a QJ or a QK or a QT pretty similarly to how he played this. It seems like with such a draw heavy board, and a flop that is so llikely to have hit a pf raiser hard, that he is going to be pushing hands that beat me a lot harder call, call, but that he might call the turn all-in with said Queen hands, and I do have a gutshot to the nuts.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (10 handed) internettexasholdem.com

UTG+2 ($8.80)
MP1 ($43.65)
MP2 ($23)
Hero ($23.50)
CO ($24.50)
Button ($26.70)
SB ($6.50)
BB ($35.40)
UTG ($65.38)
UTG+1 ($4.60)

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with A, K. SB posts a blind of $0.10.
UTG calls $0.25, UTG+1 calls $0.25, 2 folds, MP2 calls $0.25, Hero raises to $1.6, 4 folds, UTG calls $1.35, UTG+1 calls $1.35, MP2 calls $1.35.

Flop: ($6.75) J, K, T (4 players)
UTG checks, UTG+1 bets $1, MP2 raises to $5.08, Hero calls $5.08, UTG folds, UTG+1 calls $2 (All-In).

Turn: ($19.91) 2 (3 players, 1 all-in)
MP2 checks, Hero calls $16.82 (All-In)

I am pretty sure this is standard against a reasonable villain, which the villain in question was. I think the raise on the turn makes it look like I couldn't have a flush, and I really think he has a made hand on the flop, virtualyl all of which I beat. Finally, I think the overbet makes it look like I am bluffing (25 nlers get suspicious i guess).

Hand 1: Fold. There is no way we arent behind there

Hand 2: I ususally raise this flop. Make the turn 12-15ish to go.

Hand 1:

Im sorry, but I hate your pushh here. First, this is not a good flop for AKx, there are ALOT of hands that are murdering you, and MP3 very likely has one of them. Im putting him on 2 pair...and your push makes him worried that you flopped a set of K's or J's....and then he calls anyway- and you are drawing thin to 2 pair, another K (if Villain doesnt have one too) and your gutshot.

I muck on the flop to MP's reraise. I mean, you raised 6x the BB PREFLOP, and then UTG bets out (albeit it a ridiculous sized bet) on the flop and Villain RAISES substantially.

If I want to be super super super sure- maybe I min-reraise Villain; with the intention of folding if villain 4 bets; and if Villain calls, folding to a turn bet, or checking behind and getting a free card.

but you PUSH? there are no hands that you are beating here that will call your push- you are only paying better hands...no push. I check behind or fold.
