Villain is everyone's favorite chess1956. I have to be beat here correct? However, a little part of me wonders why he didn't reraise me preflop w/ a better ace.

Just wait untill you almost have no time left to act, then call. If you beat him, say somthing like "you suck", "on your bike", or other stupid stuff
Seriously, I haven't seen him do really retarded stuff. The worst play I've seen him making is going broke with AT on a A-rag-rag flop when I limped with AQ. Looks like a fold to me.

Yeah, it may be flush draw as well... Check/push with a draw is also a possible line, but a bit less likely HU and the A already on the board...?

I check behind this flop. As played I call I have seen him make this play with KQ on this board.

i probably dump it pf although id limp in some spots and raise in some as well depending on the bb... but stacks make my default a fold i think.
flop is a retardedly easy check vs almost anyone.

I don't always raise Ax here either but with my big stack I wanted to take a shot. It sucks that the other big stack called. On the flop I'm not understanding why it's such an easy check. WA/WB?
