I'm a bit curious... Say you manage to crush the $210s, 2 tabling them at 10% ROI. This would probably give you an hourly rate of about $100-$120/h which is awesome obviously.
But what do you do after that? Is it worth playing the $520+ you think? Looking at the $1000+ games the winning players have a pretty small ROI and your hourly rate will drop quite a lot. Say you have a 5% ROI at the $1030s, you'll probably not have a much higher hourly rate than $150/h giving that the games don't start up nearly as often as the lower stakes.
So what is your gameplan? Are you going to play at the $105s and $210s for a long time and just get yourself a nice steady income? Or what will you do once you have been beating those games for a long time and made a lot of money?

I would bust my ass for a year and save up 100K or so from my roll and after that cushion is established I'd start taking periodic stabs at the 500s.

There is always HU CGs which range from $0.25/$0.5 to $300/$600 so I think you have plenty of room to improve both your skill and your hourly rate if you learn to beat these games

HU CGs of course. Deepstacks, lower rake, more profit.

the competition changes more from 200s to 500s more than any other from what I've seen/expericenced. 10% at the 200s shrinks at the 500s. Prob. better of playing 200s unless u have a super huge roll...

NLHU CG probably has some of the highest variance you'll find in NLHE, but the profit potential is also huge. It's a case of Risk vs Reward I guess.

Theres tons of variance in any midstakes so what are you gonna do. Probably less HU 2/4nl than $500 HU SnGs.
