Difference between $105s and $210s

Many speak about the diff between the $52.5s and the $105s and many say it's not a huge diff. How about between the $105s and the $210s? Or between the $210s and $520s?

When do you find that the average player at a stake is a good player?

I asked a similar question last week, but it went unanswered too...maybe the regulars in these games dont want to encourage winning players to move into their turf. Goldmund
