I'm assuming she's the manager of like, the boxes, or something like that? Ask to talk to whomever is running the entire place at that moment. It's $25, it's a waste of that person's time, but 1) they will come and talk to you most likely because it is a "customer service industry" and 2) the manager of the boxes and whatnot will do almost anything not to have that happen.
