The demise of Gigabet
      #4861475 - 02/24/06 07:18 PM

OK, someone mentioned in another thread something about a few players that were upset with Giga and also that he went busto. Some of us asked for more info, but got chastised for the attempted hijack. Anyone know about this?

Questioner #2: i dont know though, where did all gigas money go? how did he go busto? where did he lose all this money that he supposedly have?
Questioner #1: GS2, did gigabet really ever scare anybody at the high stakes sngs then?

Good Source #2: gigabet was quite decent at the high stakes sngs

After doing some browsing, it seems that the busto part of the rumour is false. The other part, however, is looking rather true.

I don't think anyone really ever claimed Gigabet was a great cash game player.
