Has Stars made some changes to their software that might affect wlan connection?
My wlan is showing excellent connection, and Party is working like a dream, very fast and responsive. Stars on the other hand is showing connection status of 3-97%, constantly showing problems with network connectivity and connection dropping off constantly.
Problem started 3 days ago. Anyone having similar problems? Can't be my wlan because Party and internet are working fine and fast.

i had this with cabel internet once.
pokerstars connects to the server through some port (nonstandard). make sure it is open and not firewalled.
i emailed pokerstars and they gave me new portnumber to enter in one of those .ini files. after that it worked liek a charm.

Port Forwarding?
I used it, when I had a router set up, for my uTorrent downloads.

While I am waiting for Stars to come back to me, I added Pokerstars as an exception to firewall, and it works now lightning fast, no connection problems. Problem solved but strange that it didn't need this fix earlier.
