The preview sounds/looks good, but after the video is produced the audio is super fast/garbled. The video looks fine, but was wondering if anyone might know how to fix this.

i've gotten a couple of pms about the settings i used for my video (which was an hour long and 153 mb in size).
when the program asked me, "what type of content does your timeline include?" i chose, "my video includes screen recording" and "my audio includes music or sound effects." i found that if i chose "voice narration" for audio content, my commentary came out very jumbled for some reason.
when it asked, "which is more important to you: file size or video quality?" i set the dial at one notch from the leftmost point. when it asked, "which is more important to you: file size or audio quality?" i set the dial at the leftmost point.
