Okay or bad - and a little comment on each one would be nice.
Game is low stakes, 0.25/0.50. 5-handed if nothing else is stated. 200 BB stacks.
1. 8897. 1 limp and I limp on the button. Okay? 2. KQ98 ds 4-handed. 1 limp. I raise pot. Okay? 3. J998 ss. 1 limp. I limp on the button. Okay? 4. TT44 1 limp. I limp on the button and my intention is to fold to a pre-flop raise. Stacks are 50bb in this case. Okay plan?
Thanks.

All are reasonable hands to play, especially in position. I'm raising each of those in position for the obvious reasons.
However, if you're in doubt about preflop situations like these then you should probably think about your post flop play and overall game plan. What are then main mistakes your opponents make, how are you going to exploit them, etc. Your hand selection and preflop play should be a function of those (as well as position and stack sizes of course).

Is TT44 really worth raising? I play it as I would play 54s in hold'em. Trying to see a cheap flop and get out of the way if there is too muc haction.

It really doesn't matter that much as long as you know what you're doing postflop. As long as you have postflop leaks you shouldn't be worrying about such minor issues, as they will have a very minor effect on your winrate.

200bb deep i raise 1-3 and, (position+nice hand+isolating/getting it hu ofter then cbet it down). I think hand 1 and 3 have equal strength as hand 2, at least.
limp call 4 for 50bb.
