Only thing is PStove doesn't accept AJ+, KJ+, QT+ etc.- needs to be AJo+, KJo+, etc.

Worked fine for me. I just downloaded it again, but I havent really used it much.
It isnt uncommon for mediafire to have the occasional intermittent downtime. They dont always have enough available servers with the requested file on it. Sometimes they might need to try again in a short while.
I use mediafire for all my ZIP files over the past month or 2, and I don;t recall any complaints.

1) I'm clear on what the Sklansky-Chubokov rankings are -- but aren't these better expressed as values so you can calculate the profit of a button/small blind all-in?
2) Does HU vs. Random display which hands are best heads-up versus any two random cards?
3) How is HU vs. Random different from the Billings et. al. rankings?
I guess, in general, isn't "vs. a random hand" a bad way to calculate the +EV of your hand? In other words, wouldn't it make more sense to come up with a hand ranking based on the value that an opponent places on his hand, rather than how the cards *actually* perform heads-up? The point being, if I want to put my opponent on a range and then calculate my EV, I want to do it based the "psychological range" my opponent is playing, which is likely not based on "the math".

In other words, it would make sense to run some kind of study in which pokers at varying levels classify or rank hands from 1 to 169, and thus, you could more accurately calculate your +EV based on the "psychological range" I was previously-alluding to.

you're welcome to come up with this psychological range
