A stranger is being shown around a village that he has just become part of. He is shown a well and his guide says "On any day except Teusday, you can shout any question down that well and you'll be told the answer" .

The man seems pretty impressed, and so he shouts down: Why not on Wednesday? and the voice from in the well shouts back: Because on Wednesday, itís your day in the well .

Well this is my Teusday in The Well which will consist of Teusday and Wednesday of this week.

You may ask me any question about whatever you like. I will answer to the best of my abilities if I choose to answer your question.

I'm bored and am too tired to play any poker right now. Fire away

what's the most important key for your success in poker?
What is your biggest poker weakness?
What are your plans for improving your game?

What's the best thing you've learned in the last month?

Living in London, UK. Currently at university at UCL.

I play NL200 on party and have been playing since June last year.

I started out playing after my exams at the end of my 2nd year of uni. I played the £1.20 STTs on crypto and had next to no idea. I read super systems 2 and thought it was cool, but still gave me no idae as to waht I was doing.
After a while I got bored so played the NL25 games. I used to suck and probably ran at 45/5/1 or something. I remember hearing about this dude who made $2000 online and thought he was an absolute balla. Boy was I wrong.
I went busto in October on a £150 BR, martingaling that mofo up to NL£200. Took a day off then started bonuswhoring. I read everything in the bonus forum and and pokersourceonlined it to get PT. Istarted to win a bit and started playing party NL25. I did ok for about a month them around december/january time joined pokerfox.com and learned how to start winning. I ran at like 3BB/100 during that period (so i sucked). Then January to Febuary time I went on a massive heater and made around $1000 at NL25. Then I joined CR and decided I could play EXACTLY like GP. Needless to say I dropped like $200 and thought WTF???
For soem reason I played a lot of party and paradise BJ and constantly martingaled it. One time I blew $600 on a $1500 BR on party BJ, took $400 to paradise BJ and robusto'd it back to being +$25 for the day. That REALLY shook me up and since then I've really become a BR nit (ask Dbitel)

I built gradually whilst 4-tabling from march-june time, playing NL25 and NL50. During this time I took somoe shots at NL100 but I sucked, Including an 8.5buyin downsing. I probably should ahve set a stop loss. Didnt playing much late June/July, due to internet connection probs. I did learn to 8-table properly in July tho

From Aug I decided to log some hrs, but only 2 a day which is over 1k hands. I was playing NL100 and ran at 7BB/100 over 25k on the monster tables and this was when I really started posting in SSNL. I'm pretty conservative BRwise since poker is my only source of income.

Right now I'm playing NL200 on party and running way too hot.

My success at poker comes from knowing when to hit my two outers. Math comes real easy to me so thats easy. I think most of my money comes from my consistant desire never to lose. I get just as intense about winning a $5 STT as I am about winning at NL200. Yesterday I dropped $70 at PLO25 and tilted like crazy even though the stakes were relatively small and $70 isnt that much (after winning $470 in a 1hr session at NL200)

I guess i have 2 big weaknesses.
1) is tilt. I havent blown up recently but I can really rival Matasow.
2) accidentally buidling a weak-tight image whilst on autopilot. This becomes problematic since I then have no clue what to do. Recently I've countered this by taking stuff like AJ on a QJx board all the way just c/c and it seems to work when villains 3-barrel with 44. This is villain specific obviosuly

In terms of improving my game I intend to float more. I fold to cbets too often. I also plan to get hyper aggro preflop. Right now I'm running at 22/13 but I wanna be like 21/16.

In terms of improving my game I intend to chat to kitaristi0 , pog0 and dbitel a lot more on msn and in person, and maybe anyone else who wants to. I'll get aim too just so i can chat to u US guys. The best way for me to improve right now is to discuss stuff with people. When I move to MSNL I thinkI might get a coach.
